Service & spares
A die casting machine is a long-term asset and the service relationship matters more than the brochure. This is how we handle installation, training and spares.
Foundation drawing and layout, utility requirements (power, water, compressed air) and wiring diagrams are supplied before shipment so the site can be prepared while the machine is in transit.
Commissioning guidance and a checklist for the local team. For a first machine, or a new plant, an engineer can attend site — this is agreed per order and quoted separately.
Operator training covering start-up, die setting, shot adjustment and daily checks; maintenance training covering hydraulics, lubrication and the injection assembly.
A recommended spares list is issued with the machine: plunger and shot chamber, nozzle, seals, hydraulic filters, heater elements and control spares. Consumable-wear items are flagged so they can be stocked from day one.
| Issue | What we need from you | Response |
|---|---|---|
| Machine will not start / control fault | Photo of the alarm screen, machine serial number | Remote diagnosis, usually same working day |
| Poor casting quality | Part photos, process parameters, die layout | Process review with our engineer |
| Hydraulic or injection fault | Pressure readings, video of the cycle | Guided diagnosis, parts identified |
| Spare parts | Serial number and part name from the manual | Quotation with lead time |
Send the serial number and a description of the problem. If it is a part, we will identify it from the manual and quote it.
